About Us
A California native, over the course of her life, Kashmira has lived in three countries including, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and five US States including, California, Ohio, New York, North Carolina, and Texas. Real Estate has always played a part in her upbringing. This has given her a well-rounded ability to connect with people and adapt to any situation. When she returned to California in 2009, she pursued a career in banking and financial services, where she quickly rose to senior management positions with companies such as Kinecta Credit Union, City National Bank and Experian.
In transitioning into Real Estate, Kashmira looks at each home uniquely, as each person is unique and needs something specifically tailored to them. Her background in banking and senior product management gives her a transferrable skill set into her real estate career.
Possessing an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and negotiation skills that ensures a positive and successful experience. Kashmira works well with clients and she is in constant communication, keeping them abreast and up to date on all details of their transaction with honesty and integrity. Home buying and selling is already a stressful process, and it is Kashmira’s mission is to make it as stress-free and comfortable as possible.
Kashmira holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer science and Merchandising from the University of Houston in Texas.

A New Jersey native, Daniel made his way to California in 2006 to follow his dream. Daniel’s life-long passion for Movies and Television has paved the way to a successful career in the Entertainment industry for over 15 years. Since he landed, he has been fortunate enough to continue working on a number of projects and hit series. In time, he discovered his other passion, Real Estate, which has led him to his career as a Realtor building his Real Estate business along with his wife Kashmira.
When people watch a television show or step into a newly purchased home all they see is the finished product. What they are rarely able to see, are all of the moving parts and the incredible work that it took to get there. Daniel has succeeded in his career by taking challenging and stressful situations and helping to turn them into successful endeavors under tight deadlines and rapidly changing scenarios. He is passionate about taking these skills and applying them to his Real Estate business, to create a seamless and pleasant experience for both buyers and sellers.
Daniel is a member of the Directors Guild of America, currently working as a Unit Production Manager. He has also worked as an Assistant Director.
